Eylumi may request prescription or prescriber information, restrict products or destinations, limit quantities, or decline an order when required for legal or safety reasons. 4. Accounts and information

5. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products and colors accurately, but screens, lighting, natural eye color, and individual appearance may affect results. Product images are illustrative and do not guarantee that a lens will appear identical on every person.

Products, descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by person, household, account, payment method, address, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

6. Orders and contract formation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract for sale is formed when Eylumi accepts the order and begins fulfillment or sends a shipping confirmation, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailability, pricing or description errors, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, incomplete information, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount unless it is subject to a lawful hold or investigation.

Subject to the preceding sentence and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Eylumi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from use of the website or products. Eylumi’s aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from Eylumi’s own breach or misconduct.
